  • South Africa and other global destinations

🚚 Shipping Times

Physical Products:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Estimated Delivery:
    • India: 3–7 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination & customs)

Digital Products (eBooks, Printables, etc.):

  • Instant delivery via email and/or download link after successful payment

💰 Shipping Costs

  • India: ₹50 flat rate / Free over ₹999
  • International: Auto-calculated at checkout based on weight & destination

Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

📦 Physical Products

We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not satisfied:

  • Return Window: 7 days from delivery
  • Conditions: Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Return Shipping:
    • Customer pays for return unless product is damaged or wrong item received
    • For approved returns, we will provide return instructions

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the return
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, opened packaging, personalized or custom-made items

📥 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, if you:

  • Didn’t receive your file
  • Encounter a download error
  • Received the wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll assist you promptly.

📬 Order Issues

Received a damaged, wrong, or missing item? Email us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product/packaging (if applicable)

We will prioritize replacements or issue a full refund where appropriate.
